O my Lady, O my Mother! I offer myself entirely to you; and as proof of my filial affection, I consecrate to you this day my eyes, my ears, my tongue, my heart; in a word, my whole being. Since I am all yours, Mother of goodness, keep me and defend me as your own possession. Amen. O my Lady, O my Mother! Remember that I am yours. Keep me and defend me as your own possession.

O Dómina mea, Sancta María, me in tuam benedíctam fidem ac singulárem custódiam et in sinum misericórdiæ tuæ, hódie et quotídie et in hora éxitus mei, ánimam meam et corpus meum tibi comméndo; omnem spem et consolatiónem meam, omnes angústias et misérias meas, vitam et finem vitæ meæ tibi commítto: ut, per tuam sanctam intercessiónem et per tua mérita, ómnia mea dirigántur et disponántur ópera secúndum tuam túique Fílii voluntátem. Amen.
